Mt. Kisco Public Library

A multi-story building aesthetically matching building styles of the government center while offering state-of-the-art environmental systems.


Village of Ossining Public Works Building

The combination of pre-engineered building and a conventional steel structure allows the town to service heavy equipment on two levels of this headquarters and maintenance building.


Harvey School Performing Arts Center

New state-of-the-art, timber-framed performing arts building for a private school (grades 8-12). This new 24,000 sq ft facility includes a 3,400 sq ft black box theatre designed to seat 300, as well as a dance studio and music, art and photography classrooms.


Pearls Hawthorne School

Total renovation of this 4-story elementary school included improvements to classrooms and a new roof, as well as the removal of asbestos materials.


West Point Die Shop Addition

Within the existing U.S. Mint located at West Point, NY, Rok-Built constructed a second floor for the facilities maintenance and re-tooling facility, including clean rooms for the U.S. Treasury department, which mints commemorative coins at this location.


Good Counsel Convent

Renovations to a 100-year-old convent and chapel to meet the needs of the current neighborhood population, while modernizing interior space with up-to-date electrical and plumbing infrastructure.


St. Andrew’s Church

Renovation of interior spaces to accommodate their growing child/day care facilities.


Webutuck Schools

District-wide additions and renovations in two elementary schools and the middle/high school. Includes new, modern classrooms, library and gymnasium to accommodate their increased enrollment.


Fox Lane High School

New three-story brick and precast addition with extensive renovation to all areas of the existing school. Includes extensive asbestos abatement work and structural demolition of three classroom buildings.


Forensic Biology Laboratory

Addition to the Westchester County forensic laboratory that doubled the size of the facility and brought the lab up to current standards.
